"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Muskan Automobile for my Yamaha R15. The overall experience showed a serious lack of professionalism. First, the communication was very poor. She did not properly explain the service process, charges, or the work being done on my bike. Whenever I asked questions, the responses were unclear and unhelpful. 2nd, no bike wash was provided after the service as per store lady, which is basic and expected from an authorized service center. This reflects negligence and a lack of attention to standard service practices. Additionally the service center is short-staffed which leads to delays and poor workmanship. Due to insufficient manpower, customers are left waiting without proper updates or timely completion of work. Most importantly, they asked for service charges even though my bike is new and still under its 3rd free service. When I questioned this, the response I received was “Hamare yahan aisa hi hota hai” (This is how it works here) which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, this service center needs serious improvement in communication, staff training, transparency, and customer handling. I would not recommend Muskan Automobile to anyone who values proper service and professionalism."

"Very genuine place. Staff is very cooperative and takes care of your vehicle quite great. You can purchase a good Yamaha bike or scooter over here, can get it serviced at nominal price, can get a insurance done and can get a home services as well. Recommended place to visit."

"No one has proper knowledge to fix issues, supervisor Jitender yadav is to arrogant to even look at the vehicle and guide the staff and stays busy in doing all other unnecessary work. Went there 2 times but got no resolution and realised that it is waste of time and money. Worst yamaha service center that I have ever been to."
